- Framing complete - windows are in, roof is on
- Roughs almost complete
- Interviewing agents

- Looking like shovels in the ground by the end of September 🤞🏽
Project Townsend II
- Framing Complete
- Agent selected. Listing should go live in the next week or two
Project Hobart
- Foundations complete
- Framing starts next week
Project Kice II
- Had a small environmental issue here that delayed demo-day a bit
- Should have a hole in the ground by the end of September
Project Mackenzie
- Foundation Complete (Slab poured)
- Framing Complete (windows in, roof on, house wrapped)
- Roughs to be complete by the end of September
Project Roosevelt
- Purchase closing on September 21st
- Plans are complete and ready to submit
With Girard off our books and Bennington + Lorraine rolling off in the next few weeks, it started to look like winter was coming.
Thankfully, we capitalized on August. While most people were away or simply took their foot off the gas, we put 3 new deals under contract. 😤
