Now that Dia’s pregnancy is behind us, getting back to our former selves is on the horizon.
I say "us" and "our" because I gained some sympathy weight over the past nine months as well.
Random Fact: There's an official name for sympathy weight. It's called, Couvade Syndrome.
We’re still a few weeks away from Dia being able to exercise, so for now we’ll focus on dialing in our nutrition, which is ~80% of the battle anyway.
Disclaimer: Before I get accused of being the second coming of the Peloton Husband, please know that:
- Dia is driving this effort; and...
- We are both cognizant of our top priority: keeping Mom healthy so we can continue to keep Baby healthy.
In this week’s post, I want to share some relatively new beliefs I have around dieting.
I call them beliefs because I’m not sure if the system I’m operating from is in its final form.
I’ve been wrong before, and I wouldn’t be surprised if I’m wrong again right now - I just don't know it yet.
Unfortunately, since this week's topic is categorized as "body enhancement", I run the risk of being marked as Spam (according to my Newsletter-Spam-Tester).
Since I refuse to risk being marked as Spam, I couldn't paste the text of the article within the email itself, like I normally do.
Apologies for the inconvenience.
I really hope this doesn't deter you from reading the article.

PS: Next week, I’m going into more detail on this same topic. If you have questions you’d like answered, please let me know and I’ll try my best to address them within the post itself.
