Livin' La Vida Luna
Now that she's 18 months (OMG 😭), Luna is moving up to the Toddler classroom tomorrow.
Two main benefits: the school provides the food and she'll be in the same class as her cousin, Liam.
My Favorite Thing About Being a Real Estate Professional:
Clocking in at just under 17 minutes, this is my longest video yet. This video is also my first homework assignment for Part-time YouTuber Academy.
The homework assignment was "make a video about your favorite thing." Obvi had to make it about money.
I'm learning so much in this cohort-based course, but it can be a little overwhelming. We have "class" every day and there are over 500 students in total. Roughly ~50 students in the executive group alone.
