Following up on last week's update:

Our buyer canceled the contract on our Madison Duplex, so we reduced the price by $25K.

We are, however, officially under contract on that Triplex in Elizabeth. We're getting the soil tested this week for a decommissioned underground oil tank. Let's hope it comes back clean.
