I had two✌🏽 major breakthroughs during the short work week.
After 30+ days on market, we received the first offer on our wholetail duplex in Madison. It wasn't a strong offer, but it's better than nothing. We're expecting 1 more offer early next week. Lesson: Don't list a property in August again.
Second, we finally landed a deal off our direct mail efforts. I'm counting my chickens before they hatch, but we're in Attorney Review on a Triplex in Elizabeth.
