Livin' La Vida Luna y Luca

Luca Parker and Luna De Vil 🎃
October '26 Recap
October was super fun.

I kicked off the month by going to ReConvene in Santa Monica, CA. Here's a candid of me chatting with Francis Greenburger after the first breakout session.
We eventually had dinner together later that day. If you're an (aspiring) entrepreneur, I highly recommend his book Risk Game.

I left Los Angeles at 9pm PST and landed in Newark at 5am EST. I used points to upgrade myself to Polaris seats, but I'm not sure if I'd do it again. It was super cool to lie flat on a plane, but the sleep score didn't agree.
Once I landed, I Ubered home, unpacked, showered, repacked, and shot down to Cape May to celebrate my mom's birthday. My family went down the night before to set up.

Happy Family
Thankfully, the weather complied while we were down there. It was shorts and sweaters all weekend. We brought my parents to all the hot spots: Beach Plum Farm, Congress Hall, Willow Creek Winery, King's Creamery, etc.
Hibachi @ Home
We threw a Hibachi @ Home party with a few close friends and family. Dia did a great job setting up the event. The fire alarm went off 3 or 4 times, but I still give Hibachi @ Home a 10/10 experience. Would definitely do it again.

Ring Night @ The Garden
I'm not really a Knicks fan, but when a BiFF from college sends a last-minute text saying King James is coming to town for the home opener, I only have one stipulation: I get to choose where we eat dinner before the game. Zou Zou's did not disappoint.

2024 v. 2026
Finally, we went Pumpkin Picking at the farm in the town I grew up in. What a difference 2 years makes. The kids have grown so much. Still rockin' my Sunday Motor Co. hat, though.
OK, let's move on to business.
Lots of activity this month.
