June flew by!
Dia's mom and brother were here the whole month, but it wasn't long enough. We played so many board games, watched too many movies, and (they) also got a fair amount of shopping done.
Dia got a breadmaker. The bread is 4(?) ingredients, delicious, and must be consumed within 48 hours. No complaints.
Luna graduated KG. I'm sure Dia has a better picture, but this one does a better job summing up what the day felt like.
Luca may finally be over Mickey. He officially entered his Spiderman phase at 4 years old. I can't decide if I want to call him Peter Patel or Pedro Parker.
A little Trivia: My first AIM screenname was Spidey316 - a nod to my favorite superhero and Stone Cold Steve Austin. Hopefully, the apple falls far from the tree on the latter influence.

- Tile is complete, trim and paint next
- Racing towards a 9/30 delivery date

- Not pictured, but we finally have a hole in the ground 😄
- Foundation to be complete by end of July

- Variance Approved 🎉
- If all goes well, we can start work here by the end of Summer

- We have a hole in the ground

- We have two holes in the ground
- Foundation to be complete by end of July
Project Kice II
- Purchase closing was mid-June
- Final Construction Drawings are back - floorplan looks GREAT!
- Stretch goal would be to take this home down by end of July, but most likely we start in August
Project Roosevelt
- Haven't shared this one yet, but financing is locked in
- Not closing until September
- Working on plans until then
