Hey, Fellow REIA Attendee...

Hope you are doing well.

I'm not sure if you remember me, but we met at a Real Estate Investor Association (REIA) meeting somewhere in NY / NJ / PA over the past couple months. I've been lucky enough to attend meetings hosted by Jason Yarusi, Justin Fraser, Darren Sager, and many more.

At the beginning of 2019, I set a goal to attend at least one REIA meeting per month. I grew tired of sitting at home reading books and listening to podcasts. I wanted to make real connections with investors in my immediate area.

Along the way, I've collected a few dozen business cards from people I've interacted with on a one-on-one basis. But from there, I failed to follow up. I met my process goal of attending one REIA meeting per month. However, I did not meet my end goal of creating real connections.

That's why I'm reaching out to you today. I just wanted to take action and try to provide some value to you. So please let me know: How can I help you? What are you struggling with?

A little more about me: I specialize in originating private money loans and investing in large multifamily syndication deals. If you need help with either of those two things, I'm your guy. If it's something else, I'll try to point you in the right direction.

So please, email me back. How can I help you? What are you struggling with?

PS: I was recently a guest on Whitney Sewell's Podcast, The Real Estate Syndication Show. It's episode 291 and you can listen to it basically anywhere you listen to podcasts. (iTunes, Google, Stitcher, Spotify, YouTube, etc.)
